Psychologist with 12 years of experience developing public policies with a focus on human rights, as well as training and educational programs on inclusion, accessibility and justice.

Since 2019 Cristobal has developed technical resources, training activities and designed tourism services focused on travelers with disabilities. In addition he has audited and updated Mexican tourism policy at a federal level.

He has been granted with the youth award by Estado de México on 2010 and 2016 by the state of Chihuahua for his contribution to the fight against human trafficking.
